Rabaut Interiors in Grosse Pointe Woods, MI hired me to help lighten up a very dark kitchen. Pictured are the finished range hood and three pendant light fixtures with the same branches and birds theme. As I was working, our client made several comments about his experiences with birds. He was delighted when I wove those ideas into the mural. In the upper left of the range hood is a robin with her nest of baby birds. In the top cameo area is his wife's favorite, a hummingbird.
